Protecting Nemoyo's brand and creative content under Zimbabwean law
Nemoyo's brand and creative content are protected under Zimbabwean law. Zimbabwe's Trademarks Act (Chapter 26:04) governs trademark registration, which is handled by the Zimbabwe Intellectual Property Office. Zimbabwe is also a member of WIPO and applies international IP conventions. In practice, Nemoyo's names, logos, and other original works enjoy legal protection in Zimbabwe.
Below is a non‑exhaustive list of Nemoyo's proprietary marks. These marks may not be used without Nemoyo's authorization. Under Zimbabwe law, unregistered marks may still be used in commerce, but the ® symbol (or the word "registered") can only be applied if the mark is officially registered in Zimbabwe.

Any stylized heart or emblem associated with Nemoyo (protected as Nemoyo artwork).

All original Nemoyo content (website text, graphics, designs, logos, etc.) is automatically protected by Zimbabwe's Copyright and Neighboring Rights Act. Copyright vests in the creator upon fixation; registration is not required.
Protected Works Include:
- Logo and user interface designs (artistic works under Chapter 26:05)
- Website text and marketing materials
- Graphics and visual designs

Legal Violations
It is a violation of Zimbabwean law to use Nemoyo's protected marks without permission. Misuse of the ® symbol or the word "registered" (implying a registration that does not exist in Zimbabwe) is an offence.
